I'm going as a Team Rocket Grunt for [Anime NebrasKon 2011] this year so I decided to take a pic of my Hat/Wig For my cosplay.
I know the average Team Rocket Grunt hair is pink, but I'm not the average one, and I'm not cosplaying as any one in specific.
I'll post an image of my full cosplay at NebrasKon itself too, and probably with some friends, but for now this is a taste of it ^.^
